Samsung R74 tv - need a code to control Sky+ with the Samsung remote?

I've just bought a Samsung R74 LCD tv. The TV remote is programmable, so you can control your DVD, VCR and also apparently satellite set-top boxes. However, the only code provided in the manual for 'Sky' doesn't work.





Does anyone know how to get the Samsung TV remote to control a Sky+ box?





I've seen several threads on getting your Sky+ remote to control a Samsung tv, and a lot of confused answers! To clarify - I've managed this, no probs - I need the code to get the tv remote to control the Sky+ box, not vice versa.Samsung R74 tv - need a code to control Sky+ with the Samsung remote?
not sure if you can do this but if you can, try looking on the samsung website. it should tell you under the troubleshooting page..


if not try going to the shop where you got the tv from and ask themSamsung R74 tv - need a code to control Sky+ with the Samsung remote?
Usually when they say satellite set-top boxes it is the old analogue boxes they are referring to.





According to the samsung website no the only code they have is 031 which i take it you have already tried on your remote.


If this doesn't work then samsung remotes do not work sky boxes.
