My son has parental control code I think, and i don't have it!?
Ok I put my 4 digit code on u verse so my 12 year old boy cant watch south park and all those dirty shows. Some how he got my code and switched it. He said he didn't do it but who else could have. Thank you.

I'm a bit confused by this question. The control code on your testing strips doesn't tell you the information you need to order new testing strips. It just tells your meter to calibrate for those particular test strips.
To know what company to order from via phone or online, check the name and brand of your meter and/or the name and brand on your test strip box etc.
If you are looking for some type of medication, I'm not familiar with it and could not find it in an online search.
Best bet either way if you're not sure is to check with your doc and/or pharmacist.

without a model number i can only guess. The fact that the fan runs makes me think the control thinks its seeing too high of a temperature. I would replace the oven temperature sensor and hard wire it in instead of using the quick connect plug to eliminate the possibility of a bad connection at the plug. A checksum is not a part it a controler error. It could be caused by many things. Take it to a dealer and have it fixed there. I could be as easy as needing to be reprogramed, or it may need internal transmission work.

I changed my idle air control valve and the car still boggs and shakes. COuld the same code be my ECR? what else could that code mean. It has a 3.1 anyone please/I have a 1990 lumina and the code that keeps coming up is idle air control?
the first thing i would do would be to pull the iac motor out of throttle body make sure its plugged in and havesomeone turn the key on if the pintle (pointed end at the end of the iac motor) moves then it is working fine. next the throttle bode where the iac is mounted make sure you clean it out with carb clean and a wire brush reinstall iac motor this however usually affects idle under acceleration it wouldnt be a problem. my guess would be the mass air flow sensor located in the air intake tube unplug it and then drive it if it runs beter replace the mass air flow sensor leaving it unplugged will be a temporary fix untill you can get a new one.I have a 1990 lumina and the code that keeps coming up is idle air control?
My goodman, did you clean inside where the IAC seats into? It could be carboned up and not letting the IAC move in. Take it out and look into the bore. If it looks crudedup us carb cleaner spray to clean it out, Try not to let any pieces of carbon get into theTB. good luck

p0740 means that the torque convertor clutch was commanded on but the rpm did not drop. possible causes are torque convertor, trans pump, input seal rings, pump seal rings, valve body, or tcc/3-4 shift solenoid. any of these are expensive. don't throw parts at it. take it to a delaer or a good trans shop.

First of all, Click Start and write intl.cpl in run.
click on Date, Time, Language and Regional Options.
After clicking that, click on Change the format of numbers, dates and times.
A box will pop up, click on the Customise Button next to the drop-down menu of formats according to their country.
Another box should appear. Click on the Time tab. If your system is already running using 24 hour time, in the Time format box there should be HH:mm:ss. The two Capital H's make the clock use 24 hour. To change this, replace the Capital H's with small h's. So, you should have changed the format from HH:mm:ss to hh:mm:ss. Now, that's fine and dandy, but you might want it to say either PM or AM at the end. To make this happen, add two small t's at the end of the format. So, the format code should now be hh:mm:ss tt.
Click on OK. And now click Apply in the Regional and Language Options box, and then click OK again.
Hopefully your time in the system tray should be in 12 hour. For example, your clock should not be saying 13:00 or 16:00 anymore, but should be saying 01:00 PM or 04:00 PM respectively.

There was a wiring problem with the wiring for the blower as it came from the ignition switch. If you check with a dealer and provide your vehicle ID number they can tell you if there is a T.S.B. WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on. Battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts . Fuel Delivery mode is run.
SET CONDITION
The state of the Output does not agree with the control state for 2.7 seconds . One Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Condenser fan relay operation
Internal (A16) fused B+ circuits
Condenser fan relay resistance
(K173) Condenser fan relay control circuit open
(K173) Condenser fan relay control circuit shorted to ground
PCM
This is actually one of your fans under the hood and not the fan that blows in the vehicle.
That problem could be a fuse, fuse block or the fan motor itself. It could also be the multifunction switch (blinker switch) as the circuit may run through the ignition.
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIR-BAGS, DISABLE THE AIRBAG SYSTEM BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. DISCONNECT AND ISOLATE THE BATTERY NEGATIVE (GROUND) CABLE, THEN WAIT TWO MINUTES FOR THE AIRBAG SYSTEM CAPACITOR TO DISCHARGE BEFORE PERFORMING FURTHER DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. THIS IS THE ONLY SURE WAY TO DISABLE THE AIRBAG SYSTEM. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.
Check for battery voltage at the fuse in the Power Distribution Center (PDC). If OK, go to Step 2. If not OK, repair the shorted circuit or component as required and replace the faulty fuse.
Turn the ignition switch to the Off position. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Remove the A/C-heater control from the instrument panel. Check for continuity between the ground circuit cavity of the A/C-heater control wire harness connector and a good ground. There should be continuity. If OK, go to Step 3. If not OK, repair the open circuit to ground as required.
With the A/C-heater control wire harness connector disconnected, place the A/C-heater mode control switch in any position except the Off position. Check for continuity between the ground circuit terminal and each of the blower motor driver circuit terminals of the A/C-heater control as you move the blower motor switch to each of the four speed positions. There should be continuity at each driver circuit terminal in only one blower motor switch speed position. If OK, test and repair the blower driver circuits between the A/C-heater control connector and the blower motor resistor as required. If not OK, replace the faulty A/C-heater control.
CAUTION: Stay clear of the blower motor resistor block heat sink (Hot). Do not operate the blower motor with the resistor block removed.
Blower Motor Resistor Block
Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
Reach under the instrument panel near the blower motor and disconnect the wire harness connector from the blower motor resistor block.
Remove the two screws that secure the blower motor resistor block to the HVAC housing.
Remove the resistor block from the HVAC housing.
INSTALLATION
Position the blower motor resistor block into the HVAC housing.
Install the two screws that secure the resistor block to the HVAC housing. Tighten the screws to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.) .
Connect the wire harness connector to the resistor block.
Reconnect the battery negative cable.
NOTE: The blower motor is located on the passenger side of the vehicle under the instrument panel. The blower motor can be removed from the vehicle without having to remove the HVAC housing.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Disconnect the wire harness connector from the blower motor.
HVAC Blower Motor - Typical
Remove the three screws that secure the blower motor to the HVAC housing.
Remove the blower motor from the HVAC housing by rotating and tilting the blower motor as needed for clearance.
INSTALLATION
Align and install the blower motor into the HVAC housing.

I've just bought a Samsung R74 LCD tv. The TV remote is programmable, so you can control your DVD, VCR and also apparently satellite set-top boxes. However, the only code provided in the manual for 'Sky' doesn't work.

I have an Universal Remote Control which was given to me by a friend a short while ago. It's an RCA SYSTEMLINK5AV, or at least that what it says. Anyways, I know the remote can be set in a way I can punch in a code to make it work with TVs and VCRs, but I have no idea how, even thought I know the possible codes to my TV. On DirectTV remotes, it's done by pressing simultaneously MUTE and SELECT for five seconds while switched on TV mode, and then the code number of the TV. But I don't know how to do it on this one. I don't have a manual for it and I can't find anything about it on the internet. If you own one of this or have a manual I will be more than grateful if you at least post the way I can get it to work with a TV, so, please help me out. Here's a picture of the remote so you can have an idea of how it looks. It might help answering the question. Thanks a million.

That actually looks like the remote that comes with the RCA brand of TV's. As far as reprogramming it for your brand of TV, I don't think it's possible. I had an RCA TV and the remote looked similar. You could program it for VCR's, Stereo's, Cable Boxes etc. But I never heard of it being able to be reprogrammed for a different brand TV.

I need to enter the remote code into my Dish Network VIP622 satellite receiver remote (5.3 IR, EchoStar 148785), and none of the several Samsung codes listed with the VIP622 manual work. Actually getting Harmony or Pronto remote solves a lot of the issues relating to remotes usage of hT-TX72 %26amp; T5084...
I hade to reset all 3 remotes to defaults so that the new remote would have all the functionality.

How to erase a remote control code?
how can I erase the code stored in my garage door opener. my wife still uses her remote to access my house even though we are divorced and she no longer live here.How to erase a remote control code?
Snap off the cover and you will see a set of switches with numbers on them.
Pick a combination different than what is on them. They usually go from 0 to 9. (smaller controls have less numbers)
Set them to what you want. [Be sure your garage door is open before you start].
On the back of your door opener motor there is a plastic cover.
Under that cover is an identical set of numbered switches. Set them to the same combination. Do this while in the garage in case you miss a number.
Both the control and the door opener must have the same number. As long as both have the same setting, it will work. As long as the new combination is different than the ';strayed'; second opener then the second opener won't work unless the new code is guessed and set. A professional could find it in about 30 minutes (sitting in front of it and flipping the switches).How to erase a remote control code?

1. Move slide to tv
2. press and hold ';mute'; and ';select'; until remote blinks
3. enter 9911
4. hit ';channel up'; button and then hit ';power';; if tv turns off hit ';select'; and move slide back to left (dtv); if tv doesn't shut off, repeat step 4.

This remote does not have the code for the LD4088, but it does allow you to go through a setup learning phase that will allow the Universal Remote Control to perform all the functions of the Apex Remote. I think that since this tv is actually very new on the market, there is no known code yet for this tv. I purchased 2 less expensive URC that have the learning feature, but the quality and performance does not compare to the Harmony. I hope this information helps. Peace.
Try using 11531 as the code. It will provide limited functions such as power on-off, volume up-down. Works on My LD4088 using the SC64 ';white'; remote from DirecTv.
